1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to AI Cleaner: CleanUp Storage ("the Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the Application.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service
The Application is a device utility tool developed in Flutter designed to help users optimize local device storage. Features include:

Media Management: Scanning, detecting, and allowing user-guided deletion of duplicate, similar, or blurry photos and videos, as well as file compression.

Contact & Calendar Optimization: Scanning local address books and calendars to find, merge, or remove duplicate or obsolete entries.

Secret Space: Providing a local, PIN-protected folder to secure personal media files.

Email Cleanup: Integrating with email services (such as Google APIs) to sort and manage junk, promotional, and social media emails.

The Application is primarily an offline utility. The vast majority of operations, scanning, and file processing are conducted locally on your device.

3. License and Restrictions
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on compatible mobile devices strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.

Use the Application for any unlawful purposes or to store illegal or infringing content within the Secret Space feature.

Interfere with or disrupt the security features or background synchronization tasks of the Application.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The Application offers certain premium features and storage tools available via in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Billing: All financial transactions, purchases, and subscriptions are handled securely through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your billing or credit card details.

Refunds and Cancellations: Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are governed entirely by the terms and conditions of the respective platform store (Google Play or Apple App Store).

5. Disclaimer of Liability and Data Loss
User Discretion: The Application identifies duplicate, similar, blurry, or large files, as well as duplicate contacts or emails. However, the final action to delete, compress, or merge any data is entirely initiated and approved by you.

No Liability for Data Loss: We are not responsible or liable for any accidental or permanent deletion of your files, photos, videos, contacts, calendar events, or emails resulting from your use of the Application. We strongly recommend maintaining a secondary cloud or physical backup of your important data.

"As Is" Basis: The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to performance, accuracy, or suitability for your specific device.

6. Third-Party Services
The Application integrates third-party services, including Google AdMob for advertisement distribution and Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, and configuration updates. By using the Application, you acknowledge that your interaction with these features is subject to the privacy policies and terms of those respective third-party providers.

7. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we request device permissions (Storage, Contacts, Calendar, and Google API access) and process data. By using the Application, you consent to the data practices outlined therein.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application, or any premium services within it, at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Application's ecosystem.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of registration, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
